Notable Features: 

• Hybrid telepsychiatry practice: Going to an appointment during the workday can be inconvenient. I offer late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate your schedule. Also, for those who would benefit from and wish to be seen in person, I offer in-person appointments on Fridays.

• Collaborative: Quality care involves collaboration. My clinic allows for longitudinal care and close collaboration between you, your child, and other providers. I also offer outpatient consultations for those who want to return to the care of their family doctors. 

• Apex performance: One important philosophy to treatment is optimization of your ability to live life to the fullest. People in highly competitive academic or career settings often need to be at the top of their game. Medications (if indicated) are only a part of the treatment plan. I use my background and clinical skills to provide lifestyle counselling, address problematic substance use, and promote wellness.

• Dynamic Pharmacotherapy: My approach is psychodynamically informed and treatment seeks to build insight. I offer an integrated, evidence-based approach to treatment that includes both therapy and medications. 

• Wellness: It can be easy to get lost in the myriad of psychiatric diagnoses and fixation on treatment a disorder. We must also remember to find things that bring us joy, serenity, and fulfilment. I help my patients find a sense of balance and wellness in spending time with loved ones and animal companions as well as in finding a sense of enrichment in hobbies and passions. 

• Short Wait: I am currently accepting patients. I see child, adolescent, and adult patients. I primarily see patients in Baltimore county including Towson, Timonium, Cockeysville, and Hunt Valley.
